Argyle Architecture is carrying out research into renewable energy and how it affects our homes.  Section 6: Energy in the current building regulations demand a tough assessment of energy efficiency and although in principal this is welcoming, the increase in the construction and installation cost as a direct result of these demanding regulations are significant and cannot be ignored. 

The pending 2010 regulations which will apply to any projects from 1st October 2010 onwards, are more demanding than the current standards.

In addition to architecural and design services, Argyle Architecture is an approved certifier of section 6.  We are in a good position to advise our clients on how to keep their homes energy efficient whilst keeping costs down.

Argyle Architecture also offer a construction and building service.  We offer a full package to our clients, from initial design concept through to project completion and final build.
